Ora Mont d.o.o.,Marasovićeva 57/1,Split,OIB 06425314434(hereinafter Hotel Ora)as the Controller of your data, grants to take care of privacy and personal data of all our guests, according to General Data Protection Regulation (EU/GDPR).Hotel Ora is obliged to collect your personal data in order to execute governing hospitality regulations.


The information you are required to submit in order to be provided with accommodation services, Hotel Ora collects due to legal regulations and in case you do not provide is with minimum information required for the registration of guests in all relevant registers, we will not be able to provide you with accommodation services.


When placing a reservation or/and at check-in, you agree to present your personal identification documents, submit your personal data (first and last name, type and number of your personal identification document, gender, state and address of residence, date of birth and citizenship)for tourist evidence in the Information System of Tourist Boards of the Republic of Croatia –eVisitor (Law on sojourn tax, National Gazette 152/08).Your personal data is collected for statistic processing and is used only by the Tourist boards, public authorities and Ministries relating to this procedure (Ministry of tourism and Tourist inspection, Ministry of internal affairs and Ministry of finances–Customs authorities). Each unauthorized usage, publication, change, processing, reproduction, distribution recording or assignment or any other form of unauthorized usage of such personal data is strictly prohibited.


In order to protect guests and property, Hotel Ora carries out video surveillance measures which means that surveillance cameras record employees and anyone moving within the surveillance camera field of view. Video recordings are regularly rewritten except in cases when they serve as evidence in proceedings before competent state authorities.In the event of judicial and/or criminal proceedings, such video recordings may be used and access to personal data captured on video recordings may be granted to third parties, data processors and contractual partners who are registered and qualified to provide services of personal and property protection.All other details regarding video surveillance are subject to special regulations that govern that area.


Upon your request, Hotel Ora is obligated to:*submit a statement on the source of data collection*submit a statement on whether your personal data is being processed
*supplement, modify or delete data which is incomplete, inaccurate or not processed in accordance with the law*provide printing of personal data (together with an indication of the purpose of collection and processing) pertaining to you and contained in the database*submit a list of authorized recipients of your personal data, including the purpose and legal basis for providing personal data to recipients*submit a notice of automatic processing of personal data. The request can be filed at any time via the mail address, which makes Hotel Ora obliged to provide the requested documentation within 30 days of request receipt, at its own expense.
